Our Dedication to Aviation Safety
The responsibility for developing and managing the Safety Program is assigned to the Company Aviation Safety Officer (CASO). This responsibility includes the authority to establish the program and to specify internal safety reporting, investigation, inspection and awareness requirements.
Responsibility for implementing the Safety Management Program rests with the CASO, the Director of Flight Operations , the Chief Pilot and the Director of Maintenance and Dispatch. This responsibility includes the authority to establish support for the program in each department. Each department manager will be held accountable to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to prevent incidents and accidents.
The CASO shall report to the President of the company and have direct access to all managers and all employees on safety issues.
All employees are required to adopt the standards and procedures set forth in the Airco Safety Management Program.
