Career Opportunities

Airco is an organization that effectively combines a friendly small business atmosphere with a professional corporate attitude. The company offers a dynamic workplace that is continually evolving with, and through, its customers and employees. Over and above the competitive wages and benefits, Airco is a great place to work because it has an open atmosphere with an emphasis on achieving company goals through employees working together as a team. At Airco, we realize our employees are the keystone to our success. For over 30 years, Airco has helped launch hundreds of aviation careers - will one be yours?

Pilots

Over the years, pilots across Canada with different levels of experience have enhanced their career by working for Airco. Here, the pilot's job goes beyond the cockpit because you are part of a team working in conjunction with other divisions to help the company meet future goals. Pilots are encouraged to take on new challenges and expand their skills. For many customers, our pilots are the face of Airco so candidates for pilot positions should possess strong communication skills and have a very customer service orientated attitude, along with all of the proper pilot credentials. Airco offers charter services 24/7 so candidates should have flexible schedules and be willing to work a variety of shifts. Airco is always accepting resumes from pilots for future consideration. Resumes are kept on file for future hiring considerations so it is best to update your resume every six months or ask to have your resume removed from Airco's files if you are no longer in the market for a pilot position. If you are interested in expanding your horizons with a career at Airco, please forward your resume by mail to the attention of the Chief Pilot at our mailing address or send it by email to careers@aircocharters.com .

Aircraft Maintenance Engineers

The maintenance department at Airco is staffed by dedicated individuals who have worked hard to help Airco expand its horizons over the years. AMEs work on company aircraft and now have the opportunity to work on a variety of other aircraft because the company recently added outside maintenance as a new service offered to customers. When filling AME positions, we seek applicants with more than the required technical training, skills and knowledge. Airco looks for individuals who have strong communication and paperwork skills, who are safety conscientious and self-motivated, and who have the ability to work well in a team setting and with personnel in other divisions of the company. Airco is always accepting resumes from apprentices or qualified technicians. If you are interested in pursuing an exciting and rewarding career with Airco, please forward your resume by mail to the attention of the Person Responsible for Maintenance (PRM) at our address or send it by email to careers@aircocharters.com .
