AIRCO CHARTERS has over 20 years experience in the aviation industry. Incorporated in 1987, Airco was formed by three Edmonton businessmen with a passion for aviation. From humble beginnings as a single aircraft operation the company quickly grew into a strong, competitive business. The company's continuing growth is a tribute to its philosophy that the customer is second only to safety. Customer satisfaction is demonstrated by the fact that the people who flew with Airco in the eighties still fly with the company today.

Safety comes first at Airco. We meet all stringent safety and experience requirements, which gives us the privilege to be on the List of Approved Carriers for several large corporations; companies that conduct regular Safety Audits to ensure their high standards continue to be met. Each pilot receives thorough initial and annual recurrent training. The highly experienced maintenance staff work around the clock to ensure that each aircraft is maintained to the industry's highest standards. Aircraft dispatch is quick and convenient, 24 hours a day. Once a charter is confirmed, an aircraft is often ready for departure in as little as one hour. Operating a variety of twin-engine Piper and Beechcraft aircraft, Airco is able to provide an aircraft to fit every customer's payload and budget. All the aircraft are comfortable, clean and extremely reliable. The turboprop King Airs and Beech 1900s provide pressurized comfort and leather interiors -- perfect for executive charters, long distances or flights going over mountainous areas. The Navajo Chieftains have an excellent payload and great short field performance capabilities. It is ideal for parts hot shots and is often used to move individuals or small groups around the province.

Airco is licensed to provide Domestic and International service to meet a variety of charter demands. The Company is also an approved Certified Dangerous Goods Carrier.
